One on One Personal Training:
I offer one on one and small group (2 people) personal training in the privacy of your own home or office. I will use whatever you have available for fitness equipment plus I will bring small equipment if necessary. Equipment that I routinely use in my sessions are: stability balls, resistive bands, dumbbells, and kettle bells.
There are several options that you can choose from:

**Group training is priced upon request
In Studio Training: I also provide personal training services at Lifetime Fitness in Nashua NH. This is a beautiful, private studio where you can enjoy private one on one training in a gym environment. Please refer to their website, www.lifetimepersonaltraining.com for pricing!
*The above packages include workout assignments, biometric measurements (body fat, BMI, circumference measures, weight), and fitness testing (cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility). A free initial consultation will be provided in your home with the purchase of a package! Please contact me today so that we can discuss a plan for you! These plans can be modified if necessary.
Monthly Online Program Development:
This service includes a workout plan that is based on your goals and needs. I will write up a workout plan that can be followed for four weeks, a nutritional plan using Isagenix products and/or clean food choices. This program also includes two thirty minute phone consults, and weekly check-ins via email.
Monthly Fee: $100. You will get a 20% discount if you enroll to receive Isagenix nutritional products.
Isagenix Nutritional Coaching:
When you enroll with Isagenix and purchase one of the cleansing and fat burning systems, I will coach you via email and telephone consults free of charge! This is a monthly program and is limited to 3 consecutive months, per client. Clients must be enrolled and purchasing products each month of my recommendation. After 3 months, there will be a small fee to continue services of nutritional coaching with myself and the Isagenix products. Contact me for details!!
